Choose a job for the month

Start with one business priority: introducing a product, explaining an offer or helping people understand your service. Give each piece a job within that priority. A beautiful post without a purpose is still another item to approve.

Gather the raw material once

Collect current product details, rights-cleared imagery, a few answers from the people behind the brand and the practical information customers ask for. Mark anything still awaiting confirmation. A shared source sheet prevents five slightly different versions of the same promise.

Design a small, varied sequence

Build an introduction, a useful explanation, a human perspective and a clear next step. The mix may include photographs, a carousel, a voice-led video and a website update. Choose formats for the idea rather than filling a quota.

Leave room to learn

Agree the review window and publishing responsibility before production. At the end of the month, look at useful enquiries, saves and the questions people asked. Keep what helped and revise what did not.
