What we collect
We collect the details you choose to submit: name, email, brand or practice, optional website, market, plan and message. This website does not request patient information, medical records or payment details.
How we use it
The Xaen team uses your details to respond, clarify scope and prepare a proposal. Enquiries pass through Xaen’s contact service and email. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Website services
The website is hosted on Vercel and fonts are served by Google Fonts. These services may receive technical connection information needed to provide the site, such as an IP address and browser request. No behavioural analytics, advertising pixels or session recording have been added to this version.
Your information and requests
Do not submit passwords or sensitive information. Enquiry information is used to handle the request and manage any subsequent agreed relationship. To request correction or deletion, or ask about handling, email hello@xaen.ae and mention Sproka. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable obligations.
